Special Inset Custom-lit Liquor Collection
Just a few different things we've done to utilize the space under the stairs in various customers' homes- perhaps this will give you some ideas for your own home!
In one of our more beautiful basement bars, we designed a custom-lit inset under the stairs to highlight a collection of Jack Daniels whiskeys and such.

Lit Wine Cabinet
This is a built-in lit wine cabinet with etches-glass doors we designed for the space under a customer's stairs, which happened to face the start of their basement bar.

Playhouse/Playroom
Everyone- you, me, everyone (pretty much) have those spaces under the stairs-usually relegated to a spare pantry or storage area. But now, if you have kids, there's another option. A PLAYHOUSE or Playroom! This one was designed as a getaway for the girl in the house, but the possibilities are open-maybe a gaming area with their favorite games featured, or the young'un prefers their favorite musical groups or TV shows-whatever their pleasure. The skies (and your imaginations) are the limit!
